Investigations Workshop

Dates: 19-21 November 2025

Course format: Interactive face to face

Course Length: 3 days

Location: WESTWOOD Hotel Nairobi

Overview

Conducting investigations involving fellow employees can be daunting, time-consuming, and risky. When handled inappropriately, investigations can lead to costly legal consequences, security threats, reputational damage, and diminished staff morale. On the other hand, a well-executed investigation helps reduce these risks, reinforces your organisation’s commitment to integrity, and sends a clear message that misconduct and unethical behaviour will not be tolerated.

This intensive 3-day Investigations Workshop is designed to equip professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to conduct fair, thorough, and legally sound investigations into employee misconduct, fraud, and safeguarding concerns. The training will help you anticipate risks and effectively navigate complex and sensitive situations that often arise during workplace investigations.

Participants will have the opportunity to apply their learning through a practical case scenario that runs across the training. You will also engage with experienced investigators who have led workplace investigations across various sectors and countries in Africa.
